1.The application and usage OF Slipping Horizontal Copper Wire Drawing Machine (heavy-duty):

The machine is used for drawing copper rod from Φ8.00mm to Φ1.2-4mm,which can be continuous annealed before the outlet wire is wound by the dual take-up device or coil machine.

2.Main  features OF Slipping Horizontal Copper Wire Drawing Machine (heavy-duty):

1) The drawing blocks rank in a horizontal row, and the cantilevels of all die holders are very short and in equall length.

2) The surface of drawing blocks is coated with tungsten carbide powder, which is strong in hardness and wear proof, having long working life.

3) Main drawing machine and finish capstan are driven separately, and all the dies can be changed conveniently and easily.

4) Continuously dual takeup, automatic reel-change can be done at more than 99% efficiency.

5) Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen(Siemens or Preface),which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
